My heart sings & in tears when I opened your e.mail yesterday afternoon. What an incredible report to receive from Dr. Serge Agafonoff. As a retired R.N. I was able to understand the skills & knowledge, simply amazing. The care of Yuki and all those involved is inspiring & testament to all dedicated health professionals for making this mission possible. Skymed Aeromedical, Robyn without your help & Mel from Fiona Stanley Hospital. My hasty appointment as Power of Attorney for Yuki, my part was a tiny speck on the mountain in the repatriation for him to Japan. Yuki has been a friend for many years tho not close, my focus was totally for his well being, his quality of life & his desire to return to his homeland, Japan. I also assisted Yuki many years years ago in transporting his very elderly ill mother to Japan. Congratulations Robyn & thank you from the depths of my heart.

I just wanted to thank you, Julie and your team at Skymed for helping my family and I transport and relocate grandpa, grandma AND my mum from Sydney to Adelaide! You were very prompt in your emails and calls. You made the entire event less stressful for me and it was smooth sailing and everything went seamlessly. Julie was great! I was thankful to receive her call to update me when everyone had checked in at the airport and my mum only had praises for her about how caring she was and how hands on she was with helping my grandparents. She also gave me great advice to pass onto others in regards to grandpa. I am so grateful and I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it has been liaising with you and Skymed. Please take care and keep well.

We would like to thank you for the professional, compassionate and seamless transportation provided by Sky Med in getting Patrick home to Sydney from Melbourne. Having Julie accompany us on the plane and road transport, Jack and Luke the pilots and Luke’s steady hands behind the wheel ensured a seamless and worry free transfer in what has been a very difficult time.

I would like to thank you and the Skymed team for bringing my son Luke back to Australia.As you can imagine, it has been a very difficult few weeks for us all and also for Luke. Being such a healthy young man and not at all used to being a patient.After a short stay at the Alfred and multiple tests etc, we are now home and will have the 1st of probably many appointments.He is very focused on returning to his goal of getting back to Switzerland and continuing with his course and his attitude is amazing.I met Serge and felt a great deal more relieved to know he was in capable hands.

Dear Robyn, My deepest thanks to you and your team in assisting in the transfer of my mother, Margaret from Brisbane to Melbourne. The care and support provided from my first telephone call to you and every step of the way was wonderful. Mafel was so kind with my mother from pick-up in Brisbane, at the airport, during the flight and “drop-off” in Melbourne – very intuitive and caring. The ambulance transport staff in Brisbane and Melbourne – unsung heroes in my eyes – once again their kindness to my mother was exceptional. Robyn, special thanks to you for making this happen – thank you for taking the time to talk whenever I called – thank you for being patient, understanding and supportive.
