From the first contact with you to the seamless transfer that Bernie facilitated for mum from Brisbane to Melbourne, the care and support provided has been excellent.Bernie was wonderful with mum and supportive to my sister and I on the flight I will be forever grateful for the compassionate care you and Bernie gave us during an extremely difficult time for our family.Robyn, you were tireless in efforts to make the transfer happen despite many hurdles.You spent a lot of time talking with me while a plan for transfer was being developed.You were patient, compassionate and supportive to me all through the process and followed up with a call when mum was safely in Melbourne.You have a great “ can do approach” and you don’t give up.

We just woke up and it was so wonderful being in our own bed!! I hope Mike has landed or will shortly, I know he is ready to see his own bed too. We are starting doctor’s visits this morning to make sure Joe is healing properly. Per our text yesterday, please if there is any way to have your team inform Townsville Hospital especially Nicholas Ang with Cardiac Thoracic that Joe made it to the US safely and about flying with a Pneumothorax (yes you are correct this word will be ingrained in my brain forever ☺) we would be so grateful.
I am so thankful that when Donald called SkyMed you answered, you guys have been our heroes through all of this. Thank you again for all of your help and persistency these last 3 weeks in getting us safely home. You and Mike are awesome so glad you guys and your services are out there for families in their time of need.

Thank you for the prompt and caring way you handled our transporting of my brother. Please pass on our thanks to Glenn for his kind and patient tolerance of Henry.I know he went far and beyond to facilitate Henry’s trip. Henry has settled well and is extremely happy to be back in the country. He is eagerly awaiting the assessment on Wednesday of his home to see if it’s possible for his return home.

The day Doctor Serge and nurse Mafel entered my life a great load was lifted from my shoulders. I had experienced a harrowing couple of weeks after my husbands accident in a strange country where I knew no-one. The moment that they entered everything changed. I immediately felt very comfortable and at ease with them. I had every confidence in them. They virtually took over everything and wouldn’t let me worry about a thing. I feel totally indebted to their kindness, compassion, and their competence in transporting my husband home, I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
