Hi, I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic asset you have in Robyn, your co-ordinator in Sydney. She helped my family last week, by organising and co-ordinating the movement of my Dad from Burpengary QLD to Canberra ACT. Robyn and I had come up with a plan on how to get my Dad calmly to the plane and then on to Canberra (Dad has Alzheimers). Unfortunately that plan didn’t happen due to other people. But when I talked to Robyn, she went into action and came up with another plan which did work. Where everyone else was saying they couldn’t get Dad here, Robyn made it work. Every time I talked to Robyn she was caring and professional. I am so grateful to her as I wouldn’t have my Dad here with me without her help.

I would like to thank Tom (pilot) and Ben (RN) for taking such great care of me. I was air lifted from Coolangatta to Essendon on 19/10/17. I wasn’t unwell but my right knee prosthesis had come loose and my knee had dislocated. My husband and i had driven to Byron Bay from Victoria for a holiday. Naturally i couldn’t sit in a car for 3 days and a domestic flight was out of the question. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Ben’s care was second to none. Tom did a great job of dealing with the weather as we approached Essendon.Please pass this “thank you” onto Ben and Tom. Regards Heather

Hi Robyn They are setting in well I’m sure there will be ups and downs but so far it’s as expected a wonderful caring place in a beautiful environment and the food quality and wine for dinner is a real hit Thanks again for you and team, a very key link in the chain.

On 27/10/2017 you flew me from Inverell hospital, NSW, home to Adelaide after my hip prothsesis failed and my hip fractured.
I wish to thank the team members who took such care of me throughout the comfortable flight.The partial hip replacement which followed has gone well.
