Recently we organised to relocate my step-mother from Brisbane to Cairns. She was relocating to a nursing home in Cairns and unfortunately was unable to travel domestically. Your team provided a door to door service that was efficient, warm and caring. Your attention to detail was exceptional and everything was in place for my step-mum to arrive safely and stress free. I want to personally thank yourself for the warm and caring attitude that you had and can’t thank you enough for the service your company provided. Money well spent. My step-mum is settling in comfortably in her new home. Thank you once again.

Hi there, Yes I got back on wed night (but then got the flu on Thursday night so have been laid up since then!!) dad settles well after some initial hiccups. I’m not sure how he will do long term but it seems like the right move at this point.
I don’t need to tell you that Julie is amazing, as I’m sure you are well aware. It was great to have her knowledge, insight and company on the flight. We could not have made the trip without her. Dad was asking about her up until the day I left…although he asked about the American lady!!

Just letting you know I am slowly but surly settling mum and dad in Victoria going to be a long road ahead but easier when close by to me.
Robyn I would like to thank you for all your assistance in helping me relocate my parents even though it is part of your job. Your assistance in the matter helped the transportation from Bankstown Arette nursing home to Airport and then to East Keilor Holloway nursing seem so smooth and effortless. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. The drivers from both ends were fantastic and Greg accompanying us during the whole process was fantastic. He helped so much with mum and dad from start to finnish. Please Thank all the staff that helped out that day and especially Greg for his support through the day, also once again thank you Robyn for taking the pressure of the whole transition.
I will most certainly be recommending the company to friends and family if ever required these services.
