First of all my sincere apologies for taking so long to send this email.

I want to thank you very much for all the help and care given in arranging for my parents to be able to move to Ballarat with the least amount of fuss and discomfort, and for the exceptional care they received from Julie Scotti. Mum thoroughly enjoyed being able to fly again and I believe was encouraging the pilot to go faster!

Mum and Dad were able to spend 12 amazing days together before Mum sadly passed away in her sleep on the 26th April. I believe it was with contentment knowing Dad was in good hands with family around, and that I was not burdened with finding her at our home.
