I’m am so so so thankful I got Skymed to look after the transport from Melbourne to

Hong Kong for my aunt who is bedridden from a stroke.

It was quite an experience with many unknowns. However Robyn and her team made the process very smooth. During the preparation and the lead up to departure day, she was always a phone call away when I needed to clarify things.

The two nurses who assisted were Keely and Dom (or Adam). They were very professional and responsible. My aunt gave them a big thumbs up when I asked her for feedback.

Dom was holding my aunts hand the whole time while on the wheelchair because my aunt likes to hold onto someone to feel secure (so cute) and Keely was constantly monitoring my aunt’s status throughout the night.

The flight were delayed for an hour and although the nurses may not make it to their connecting flight back to Sydney, they still took time to do a proper handover and made sure that my aunt got on the ambulance in Hong Kong safe and sound.

Their price is also the best one I could find online. Thank you all again for your great service.
