Words cannot describe how much your help meant to all of us during Joe’s treatment, recovery and transfer home. From the first call we made to SkyMed, you provided us a sense of peace and reassurance that was so very needed. Your continued follow up with us, navigating the moving parts of his treatment and your patience with all the uncertainty around the timing of his transport home was remarkable. Just hearing your voice provided a feeling that everything was going to fine. SkyMed provides a service people would prefer not to need, but when we did, you made the experience so memorable with your kindness, concern and professionalism. As I reflect on 2019 and prepare for a new decade, I find you at the top of my list of most memorable people. Your compassion, commitment and determination to our friends during their most desperate time of need was absolutely amazing. We have never experienced this before and I want to thank you again for all you did and for being who you are. Hopefully one day we can meet in person.
