I would like to thank Tom (pilot) and Ben (RN) for taking such great care of me. I was air lifted from Coolangatta to Essendon on 19/10/17. I wasn’t unwell but my right knee prosthesis had come loose and my knee had dislocated. My husband and i had driven to Byron Bay from Victoria for a holiday. Naturally i couldn’t sit in a car for 3 days and a domestic flight was out of the question. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Ben’s care was second to none. Tom did a great job of dealing with the weather as we approached Essendon.
Please pass this “thank you” onto Ben and Tom.
