Hi, I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic asset you have in Robyn, your co-ordinator in Sydney. She helped my family last week, by organising and co-ordinating the movement of my Dad from Burpengary QLD to Canberra ACT. Robyn and I had come up with a plan on how to get my Dad calmly to the plane and then on to Canberra (Dad has Alzheimers). Unfortunately that plan didn’t happen due to other people. But when I talked to Robyn, she went into action and came up with another plan which did work. Where everyone else was saying they couldn’t get Dad here, Robyn made it work. Every time I talked to Robyn she was caring and professional. I am so grateful to her as I wouldn’t have my Dad here with me without her help
